Player Packet: Character Questionnaire
Filling out this background sheet will enable the GM to better integrate your character into plot. The GM is looking for concise, brief descriptions, not novels, so they can index your character quickly and come up with plot for everyone as easily as possible. While none of these are mandatory, the more questions you answer, the more the GM can tailor personal plots that might be of interest to your character or pull character details into the game. The GM may contact you if they have questions. This is adapted from the Character Questionnaire created by Diana Peterson for a now defunct LARP, NERO Northwest. Feel free to use this as inspiration for your own game and player packet.
