Tabletop Focused

  • Player Packet: Intro Sheet
The sheet summarizes what the other contents of the player packet are, provides a quick teaser synopsis of the campaign, and provides contact information for players.
  • Player Packet: Rules and Expectations
Setting and understanding the ground rules — the social contract — that the group will be operating under will help reduce confusion and make sure everyone is aware of the social rules that the group will be operating under. This includes the house rules for a 5th Ed. D&D campaign as an example.
  • Player Packet: Role-play Questionnaire
This questionnaire is not about what your character is like or what s/he wants. This is about what you, the player, would like in your role-playing experience. This is simply to help the GM understand what kind of plots and role-playing experiences you would be interested in.
  • Player Packet: Character Questionnaire
Filling out this background sheet will enable the GM to better integrate your character into plot. The GM is looking for concise, brief descriptions, not novels, so they can index your character quickly and come up with plot for everyone as easily as possible.
  • Player Packet: Character Background
This document was designed to help people round out their characters. Not everyone can think of everything when designing a PC, and these ideas and concept will help you provide a finish to your character’s background and personality that will amaze most DMs. Use these questions to help you build your character’s history as needed, but they are not required for gameplay.
  • Player Packet: Combined Files
This download includes all the above Player Packet files in one handy download, and in a format that you can edit.
